Happy Friday everyone!
If you are new to Christ Presbyterian Church, we would love to have you join us on July 19 and 26 for our two-week Discovery Class. The class will meet at the Landrys immediately after the worship service for lunch and discussion. This is a great opportunity to get to know the pastors of our church, the distinctives of our church, and other new folks who are calling Christ Presbyterian “home.” Please put your name on the sign-up sheet on the bulletin table so we know how much food to have available.
Our communicants class continues this week at 10am at the Landrys. If your child is planning on attending, please be sure to send him or her with a Bible, a pencil, and a snack! The class will begin at 10 am and conclude by noon. Parents who want to help with “crowd control” are welcome to stay!
We’re continuing to collect shoes for International Christian Adoptions. All children’s sizes are needed. It looks like we might even hit our goal this Sunday! If you have any questions, please contact Mike DeWit.
Our next all church baby shower will on Saturday, July 25th at 10:00 am at the Jenson home. This shower will be a potluck brunch. A sign-up sheet is on the back table along with invitations. Shower and gift donations will also be collected. Please see Zsuzsi Khoury, Teresa Misiti, or Angela Jenson with any donations.
