CloseRev. Dan Warne -
A Lamb for a Nation
This week we look at the Day of Atonement in Leviticus 16. Leviticus can seem downright weird to us today with our different customs and new way of worshiping God. All those instructions for sacrifices can seem irrelevant. But nothing could be further from the truth, because in the “lamb for a nation” step in this story through Scripture we see a sobering and powerful picture of how our guilt is covered and our sins are carried away forever by Jesus.
