CloseRev. Robert Recio -
Patience is (More Than) a Virtue (James 5:7-12)
Throughout the wisdom writings found throughout the Bible, one common theme is the necessity of understanding your surroundings. We saw last week how the rich laid up for themselves treasure in the last days. In this week’s passage, James teaches the church what it looks like to rightly live in these last days. James reminds us that we are a waiting people called to be patient as we wait on the Lord to bring about his kingdom in full.
