Happy Friday, everyone!
It is good to be back home from my trip to Peru. It’s also good to finally be on the mend. I came back home with a variety of illnesses, but I appreciate knowing that many of you were praying for me this week.
Sunday School begins THIS week, October 4th. Classes start at 9:30 AM. Nursery is available for kids up to 3, then we’ll have age-appropriate classes for everyone, including the adults. Our fall session is just 8 weeks long, but it is a great opportunity for intentional discipleship, learning, and fellowship. Hope to see you there!
You’ll notice a new sign-up sheet on the bulletin table this Sunday. It’s time to RSVP for our 10th Anniversary Celebration! Save the date: November 1st. We’ll meet for a fun lunch immediately after the worship service at the Temecula Community Center on Pujol Street (near Old Town).
Finally, the session is asking you to prayerfully consider nominating new elders and deacons. We’ll talk more about it on Sunday, but please begin praying that God would provide additional, faithful leaders to our church. You have an important role to play in that process. I look forward to talking more about it with you in the coming weeks.
